Model Casting Call Announcement for Upcoming Fashion and Photography Television Series

| Sunday, November 29, 2009
Los Angeles, CA, October 22, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Richard Scudder, known in Hollywood for his vast catalog of work as a top still photographer in the motion picture and entertainment industry, today announced an open casting call to find top model talent for the production of the first three episodes of his upcoming television series, premiering on a major television network in early 2010. While details such as series title, television network and first air date for this initial thirteen episode season are not being released to the public at this time, it can be announced that Scudder’s series will involve high end fashion and photography.

"This series is going to be something that has never been done before in the national or international entertainment industry. I’m looking to cast up-and-coming models that have that world class fashion look," said Scudder. Models who wish to be considered must have industry standard runway and swimwear measurements and be free of tattoos. To apply, models should submit current photos, comp cards and contact information to:

Richard Scudder
Attn: Television Series Casting
P.O. Box 691344
West Hollywood, CA 90069
Phone calls and emails are strongly discouraged.

Scudder is also scouting for both established clothing design collections and collections from new designers to feature on his show. He was seen at seven fashion shows throughout the past week during LA Fashion Week, viewing the spring 2010 collections from top designers such as Elizabeth Mason, and talented designers, including Mike Vensel. "The old Hollywood style on display at the Vintage Valentino show really inspired me, as did the feather touches on Mike Vensel’s work," said Scudder. "I’ll be working to capture a completely different look in each episode, giving both talented and established couture designers opportunities to shine on camera."

With an appearance on the red carpet, Scudder was photographed entering the Vintage Valentino Benefit for the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles on Thursday October 15, 2009. Scudder was also seen walking the red carpet again on Wednesday October 21, 2009 at the Kress Rooftop in Hollywood, attending the "Encore" for LA Fashion Week - an exclusive red carpet celebrity runway event featuring the launch of the "Laine by Lauren Elaine" spring 2010 collection.

In addition to high fashion, Scudder’s new series will also feature jewelry price tagged at the million dollar mark, courtesy of several world renowned jewelers.

With the job search expanding to the internet, it is the best way to reach a lot of people in a short amount of time. With that said, you should focus more of your time searching for casting calls auditions by utilizing the Internet.

Casting Calls Auditions Tips
I will leave you with some tips that will help you land that acting job. The first thing is to arrive early. Leave at least 20 minutes before the time you would normally leave. This time period will help account for traffic or other mishaps that happen to come it. It seems as if all the mishaps that slow you down always seem to come when you have casting calls auditions to go to.

Arriving early to casting calls auditions also give you time to fill out paper work and also to mingle. This goes to my second tip that will help you tremendously.

If you ever go to casting calls auditions and just look around, you will see that most everybody is nervous, fearful, and scared that they might blow their chances at this acting job. The best thing to do is practice enough beforehand (at least for about 3-4 days before the audition – the longer the better). Then when you get to the casting calls auditions, you’ll feel calm as a summer breeze.

This way, when you are waiting for your turn at the casting calls auditions, you can mingle and get to know people. It helps ease the tension if you talk to the people around you. Even if you are in the same casting calls auditions as you, don’t let that bother you. They are in the same position, but they also may be someone you would want to meet.

Good luck with your endeavors with making it and becoming a star. I wish you luck on all your casting calls auditions in the future.
