L.A Based cinematographer Andrew Giannetta (Everybody Hates Chris, Blood
Makes Noise) will be collaborating with VCU School of the Arts and VCU
Cinema to shoot a short-feature on 35 mm film. Shooting dates are March
21—24th in and around Richmond, VA.
“The Persistence of Everything,” written and directed by Michael Bryant, is
about a mysterious stranger investigating a miraculous occurrence in 1990s
Bosnia. Actors will receive $50.00 per filming day, in addition to meals and
screen credit.
Casting Call this Saturday, February 28 through Sunday, March 2.
Father Morris – An attractive “priest” in his late 20s to early 30s.
Although handsome, he is quite grim and rather daunting. We are in awe of
his presence.
Father Juric – Late 50s to late 60s. His face shows great signs of age. He
is hardy, but not imposing.
Cullen – Boy. Early 20s. Very Clean Cut. An activist.
Tatjana – A young mother in her late 30s with youthful and endearing
features.
Drazen – A young boy, no older than 11 years of age. He has the kind of
child-like eyes that look at you too long and too deeply. He knows things.
Soldiers – Gruff and Stout. Late 20s to early 30s.
